Kristi Rogers serves as a panelist on STATION DC's "Made In America, Again: The Reindustrialization of Everything" topic during the "How We Win" Summit
It was a privilege to serve as a panelist on STATION DC's "Made In America, Again: The Reindustrialization of Everything" topic during the "How We Win" summit this week. Our panel--Alison Perez, PhD, Lockheed Martin Ventures; Shawn Xu Lowercarbon Capital; Scott Friedman, Altana; moderated by Matthew Moisan Crowell & Moring LLP--discussed one of the most transformative movements shaping our economy today. It was a timely and fantastic panel challenging immediate action. The resurgence of American industrial production isn’t just a trend—it’s a call to action for leaders across sectors to reimagine how we innovate, build, and compete globally.
One of my key takeaways was the imperativeness of partnerships—between government, industry, and communities—in driving sustainable reindustrialization. It’s not just about making more things in America; it’s about making better things, in smarter ways, while creating meaningful opportunities for workers and addressing the challenges of our time.
