Kristi Rogers participates in "Can We Make Copper Great Again?" Panel Discussion with Steve Clemons

PRISM co-founder Steve Clemons recently moderated a critical discussion on behalf of GLOBSEC on the topic of minerals, technology, and sustainability titled "Can We Make Copper Great Again?" that I was honored to participate in. Thank you to the insightful discussions from my fellow panel members, Dr. Diana Bauer of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Tannice McCoy of NewRange Copper Nickel, Jasper Jung from General Motors, and Pavel Brůžek of Draslovka.

Our conversation centered on how technological advancements can make mining practices more environmentally sound while addressing the broader connections between critical minerals and the green energy transition. The conversation underscored the importance of collaboration and innovation as we move towards sustainable solutions for the future. This aligns well with the goal of PRISM, which Steve and I will be sharing more information about soon.

A big thanks to the 50+ stakeholders who joined us, as these types of forums are essential as we shape the future of critical minerals.
